The role involves leading HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational performance and culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes HR metrics and trends to inform strategic reputed company and drive reputed company improvement
• Supports the development and implementation of organizational design models that align with business strategies
• Champions automation and technology solutions to enhance HR operations
• Leverages AI and emerging technologies to support strategic HR initiatives
• Leads and supports HR operations and COEs, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and strategic goals
• Partners with business leaders to identify workforce needs and implement talent strategies
• Manages reputed company employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support change management and organizational development initiatives
• Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and apply advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity, reputed company informed reputed company, and deliver effective solutions in reputed company situations

Skills

• Must have completed a master's degree reputed company the past two years. Preferred study: Business, reputed company Resources, Organizational Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Business Analytics
• Must have 0-3 years of HR experience (internships or HR assistant roles)
• Must be located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
• Must be willing and available to report to the reputed company Corporate Office in Atlanta on a daily basis
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience with HR data and reporting tools, including familiarity with AI tools used in HR (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Pymetrics, etc.)
• Proven ability to analyze reputed company organizational structures and provide recommendations for improving efficiency
• Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new information and apply knowledge
• Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to reputed company and reputed company others
• Shows knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Demonstrates ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
