[Remote] LATAM E-Commerce Operations Analyst

They are seeking an E-commerce Operations Analyst to support customers' reputed company, integrations, and operational processes while gaining hands-on experience in technology and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Architects during customer reputed company projects by preparing documentation, test cases, and system configurations
• Support customers by answering basic operational or technical questions under supervision
• Document workflows, settings, and troubleshooting steps in tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Learn how to configure and test integrations between e-commerce platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), ERPs (reputed company, reputed company), 3PLs, and marketplaces
• reputed company data validation checks (orders, inventory, shipments) to ensure integrations work correctly
• Help monitor sync errors, escalations, and customer-reported issues
• Work with reputed company to track project tasks and deadlines
• Escalate technical issues to Solution Architects or Support Engineers with clear documentation
• Contribute to knowledge reputed company articles and internal process documentation

Skills

• Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or system integrations (no prior experience required, training provided)
• Familiarity with reputed company/reputed company Sheets for data analysis
• Curiosity about e-commerce platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and operational processes like order management and inventory
• Strong communication (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
