[Remote] Account Specialist Job Details | reputed company

The role involves qualifying new customer leads, facilitating appointments for sales reps, and managing relationships with existing accounts primarily through remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers reputed company territory
• Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
• Collaborate closely with assigned field sales rep or key account manager
• Manage customer communications in coordination with field team strategy (e.g., following up on appointment action items, managing relationship with customers, developing leads at new accounts reputed company portfolio)
• Build relationships with the customer throughout the sales process
• Schedule meetings for field sales reps in region
• Solve Sonova customers’ largest challenges with ‘concierge-like’ approach
• Follows up with existing customers to ensure high quality customer service is being met
• reputed company with reputed company local, state and federal laws and requirement
• reputed company with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system on a daily basis
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Must have experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service
• Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
• Detail orientated
• Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of sales process and collaboration
• Strong desire to provide superior customer service
• A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
