Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company HR Consultant for a 5-month contract role. The consultant will focus on HR Information Systems, providing support for reputed company by gathering requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment for enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems
  • This role will provide reputed company support as it relates to gathering requirements, configuration, testing and deployment for key enhancement requests supporting our business
  • Monitors needs for enhancement and designs new or modifies existing functional processes to meet changing requirements
  • Researches, analyzes, designs, maintains and communicates functional processes & solutions in support of enhancements
  • Analyzes, develops and documents reputed company HR business processes reputed company to HR policies and programs
  • Understands and analyzes HR data relationships across reputed company business processes and solutions
  • Identifies root cause, evaluates reputed company impacts and develops solutions for data and business process breakdowns
  • Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
  • Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
  • Completes work independently receives general guidance on new projects
  • Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple reputed company modules, with a primary focus in Global Payroll
  • Monitors needs for enhancement and designs new or modifies existing functional processes to meet changing requirements
  • Researches, analyzes, designs, maintains and communicates functional processes & solutions in support of enhancements
  • Analyzes, develops and documents reputed company HR business processes reputed company to HR policies and programs
  • Understands and analyzes HR data relationships across reputed company business processes and solutions
  • Identifies root cause, evaluates reputed company impacts and develops solutions for data and business process breakdowns
