[Remote] EGB40012 - Desktop Technical Analyst (Hybrid Workplace From CO) 7/2026

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The reputed company is seeking a Desktop Technical Analyst to join their team at the reputed company. This role involves providing critical Tier I and II desktop support, managing support requests, and ensuring users can effectively utilize technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Support a diverse group of users (desktop, laptop, and tablet) and resolve problems in a variety of production environments, such as reputed company, reputed company, Java, and others
• Provide targeted support for hardware and software issues remotely and on-site
• Manage and maintain asset information systems
• Image, prepare, and reputed company new and/or reputed company computers
• Proactively manage reputed company open change orders, assigned incidents, and problems

Skills

• Three (3) years of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned at the Tier II level, including previous experience in a professional service desk or desktop support environment
• Experience utilizing, deploying, and supporting the reputed company OS and familiarity with software applications including Office, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, or MECM
• Experience working in ticketing systems for technical support
• Operational experience in configuring, deploying, and managing desktops, laptops, and tablets in the infrastructure of a local area and wide area network
