They are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join their Customer Services Team, where the role involves supporting retailers and brand customers, conducting trainings, and maintaining customer data.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the Support inbox, responding to customer emails, and returning phone calls
  • Learning the Promoboxx platform and becoming a product expert
  • Answering general questions about platform functionality and best practices from internal members
  • Conducting 1:1 reputed company trainings with users
  • Updating account and brand network data (involves some basic data work)
  • Gaining hands-on experience with social media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns
  • Assisting with additional team projects as needed

Skills

  • Customer service experience in some reputed company (retail, food service, hospitality reputed company reputed company to foster reputed company translatable skillsets for this role)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and clearly explain product functionality to customers
  • A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with tech tools and data spreadsheets is ideal
  • Preference for candidates interested in growing with Promoboxx long term
