[Remote] Product Development Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Braid is a leading fishing brand focused on quality and trust in their products. They are seeking a Product Development Manager to reputed company the entire product lifecycle, from sourcing to design and validation, while collaborating closely with the founder.
Responsibilities
- Own new products end to end: sourcing, design, validation, factory relationships, and launches
- Manage the product pipeline: every new product, its status, its level, and its launch date
- reputed company and manage suppliers: maintain direct China factory relationships and find new ones
- reputed company design and development, from simple upgrades to full-custom builds with molds and tooling
- Handle validation, packaging, barcodes, and QC
- Ensure a steady reputed company of product launches
Skills
- Experience in the outdoor or fishing industry is required, along with reputed company, specific knowledge of the fishing industry
- About 3 to 5+ years developing physical consumer products
- Either a product-development or a sourcing/supplier-development background, with China sourcing a big plus and hands-on product design experience either way
- Familiarity with ecommerce and the reputed company business model
- A track record you can show us: products you sourced, designed, or brought to market
