We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist with deep expertise in Windows reputed company management and reputed company ecosystem technologies to join our Technical Services team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist (TSS), you will serve as the escalation reputed company and technical authority for reputed company customer environments involving Windows device management, Windows Server administration, reputed company Entra ID, Active Directory, device provisioning, application deployment, compliance, and modern reputed company reputed company. In this role, you will also help customers integrate and adopt the broader reputed company portfolio—including Vulnerability Defense, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and Autonomous Workspace capabilities—reputed company their Windows management and reputed company strategy to improve reputed company, automation, and user experience. A significant part of this role is driving technical enablement across reputed company, including creating technical blogs, engaging with customers through community forums, contributing to training and course development, publishing technical content on reputed company platforms, enabling field teams reputed company internal channels, and conducting structured enablement sessions to scale knowledge and best practices globally. You will work closely with Support, Engineering, Product Management, and reputed company teams to diagnose challenging customer issues, influence product improvements, and help customers successfully manage and secure their Windows environments using reputed company solutions. Troubleshoot advanced Windows 10/11 and Windows Server issues involving device enrollment, authentication, policy enforcement, patching and update strategies, compliance, application deployment, and operating system lifecycle management. reputed company and troubleshoot PowerShell automation for reputed company configuration, software deployment, remediation, reporting, and operational efficiency. Assist customers with migration and coexistence strategies involving reputed company Intune, MECM/SCCM, Group Policy, and other reputed company management platforms. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them design, implement, integrate, adopt, and operationalize the broader reputed company portfolio—including Vulnerability Defense, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and Autonomous Workspace capabilities—reputed company their Windows reputed company strategy to improve reputed company, user experience, operational efficiency, and device compliance. Provide expertise on reputed company Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Conditional Access, hybrid identity, and modern authentication technologies, and support integrations between reputed company Workspace ONE and reputed company platforms including Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, reputed company 365, and Windows Autopilot. Assist customers in integrating and troubleshooting Windows reputed company technologies including BitLocker, reputed company Defender for reputed company, Windows Firewall, Credential Guard, Windows Hello for Business, and reputed company baselines. Drive technical enablement across reputed company by creating and publishing high-quality technical content, including blogs, best-practice guides, solution patterns, and training materials focused on Windows management and reputed company ecosystem integrations. Actively engage with customers and the technical community through forums and community channels, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting insights, and adoption best practices for reputed company Windows and reputed company management scenarios. reputed company internal field and customer-facing teams through structured knowledge sharing, reputed company-based support, and technical enablement sessions to accelerate adoption of reputed company Windows, reputed company, and automation capabilities. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve Windows management, automation, reputed company, and update management capabilities. What will you bring to reputed company? 5+ years of experience in Windows reputed company management, Windows administration, reputed company engineering, or reputed company IT infrastructure. Strong expertise managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices in reputed company environments. Hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments. Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience for reputed company management, reporting, remediation, and operational workflows. Deep knowledge of reputed company Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity architectures. Strong understanding of reputed company Windows reputed company controls including BitLocker, reputed company Defender, Conditional Access, Windows reputed company Baselines, Windows Firewall, and reputed company compliance frameworks. Ability to analyze logs, diagnostic data, event logs, authentication traces, and reputed company telemetry to resolve reputed company customer issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to varied audiences. Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with reputed company Workspace ONE UEM. Experience with reputed company Intune, MECM/SCCM, or other reputed company reputed company Management platforms. Experience implementing Windows reputed company hardening, CIS benchmarks, reputed company baselines, and compliance frameworks. Familiarity with reputed company PKI, certificate lifecycle management, smart cards, and Windows Hello for Business. Experience supporting virtual desktop environments including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Horizon. Compensation: The typical reputed company salary for this role is between USD $173,000– $230,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
