[Remote] Senior Manager - Trade Product Development

As the Senior Manager on the Trade Product Development team, you will reputed company and execute innovative reputed company programs and services in collaboration with drug manufacturers, leveraging analytics and leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing new and innovative programs and services from ideation to execution in collaboration with drug manufacturer partners
- Particular emphasis is on ideating and driving services/insights on programs, products and opportunities
- Understanding the landscape around data and analytics
- Product design
- End to end product build and execution
- Strategic partnerships with drug manufacturers
- Rapid business case evaluation
- Support the development and execution of strategic and tactical solutions
- Enhancements
- Patient journey mapping

Skills
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software including reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint

- 2+ years experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)
- 2+ years' experience with Power BI and Tableau dashboards to review and analyze data
- Must reputed company in the United States: Rhode reputed company, Illinois or Arizona
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated leadership ability and cross functional influence
- Strong business and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to drive utilization improvements of 25%
