[Remote] Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Technologies is a national leader in the reputed company and industrial lighting industry, seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to enhance their Distributor Sales Team. This role involves driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience while promoting reputed company's mission of 'Light Made Easy.'

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers reputed company both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls
• Price Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working reputed company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of reputed company customer information and pricing
• Serve as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers
• Answer questions reputed company email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner
• Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with reputed company policies
• reputed company availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to reputed company products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions

Skills

• Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered
• 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role
• Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and reputed company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to reputed company time-sensitive work environment
• Comfortable with phone interaction with reputed company good verbal communication skills
• Work well independently or on a team
• Demonstrate an unwavering belief in and commitment to the company's Core Values, consistently aligning actions, reputed company, and collaboration with them
• Bachelor's in Business Administration or reputed company field preferred
• Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred
