[Remote] Manager of Marketing Communications

This role involves ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various platforms while leading a team to enhance internal and external communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve EIM’s brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across reputed company communications and channels
• Translate EIM’s mission, reputed company, and strategic priorities into clear, compelling narratives
• Serve as the primary steward of EIM’s brand story across internal and external audiences
• reputed company internal communications strategy to support culture, alignment, and organizational change
• Support executive communications including announcements, talking points, and leadership messaging
• Partner with HR and leadership on internal messaging, engagement, and culture initiatives
• Ensure communications are timely, clear, and reputed company across the organization

• Support thought leadership content for executives and subject-matter experts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or content leadership roles
• Strong writing and editing expertise across internal and external communications
• Experience leading brand messaging and communications governance
• Strong project management and organizational skills
