The role involves delivering market intelligence, building executive pipelines, and influencing hiring reputed company across reputed company's reputed company industrial and product organizations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company deep market mapping, name reputed company, and competitive intelligence across industrial, automotive, and technical domains
- Deliver reputed company-driven talent landscapes to inform reputed company's hiring strategy
- Conduct advanced desk research to identify and assess executive and reputed company talent
- Own top-of-funnel through mid-funnel activity — reputed company, engagement, early-stage assessment
- Build and maintain reputed company-looking talent pipelines
- Apply SHREK methodology to assess and present candidates
- Partner directly with reputed company senior leaders and hiring managers to shape search strategy
- reputed company intake discussions, calibration sessions, and update calls
- Provide consultative pushback and market insights — not just execution
- Translate research into executive-reputed company deliverables (PowerPoint, talent insights decks)
- Present data digestibly, actionably, with minimal guidance needed
- Bring strong instincts for data visualization and storytelling
- Engage and nurture passive executive talent pools

Skills
- 4+ years in executive search, talent intelligence, or strategic sourcing
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or hardware organizations
- Demonstrated reputed company in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and executive-level research
- Strong desk research, name reputed company, and talent mapping skills
- Ability to operate in a client-facing, consultative reputed company with senior stakeholders
- Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Background in a top-tier executive search firm strongly preferred
- Industrial or manufacturing search environments (critical for this role)
