[Remote] Sr Finance Analyst, Supply Chain - FuzeRx

The Sr Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting cost optimization and labor planning reputed company the Pharmacy Operations organization, collaborating closely with operations team leaders to reputed company financial forecasts and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company process to prepare financial forecasts in partnerships with leaders across the company
• Support annual operating plan cycle including reputed company setting, guideline creation, managing calendar and milestones and producing presentations for senior leadership and board of Managers
• Collaborate with leadership team to provide analytical rigor and evaluate strategic initiatives
• Partner closely with Alto’s Operations teams across Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery to proactively seek opportunities to drive operational excellence and optimize conversion costs
• Partner with reputed company members of the senior management team and other company leadership on assessing and analyzing critical business reputed company

• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs tied to strategic goals, as well as evaluation of team performance against these metrics

Skills

• 5 or more years of corporate finance experience with demonstrated growth
• Advanced reputed company/financial modeling skills
• Ability to reputed company and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proven reputed company managing budgets for major functional areas and senior leadership reputed company an organization
• Self starter with a high degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines
• Prior experience working in fast-paced mid-sized companies is a plus
• Prior experience partnering with operations teams as their finance business partner
• Solid understanding of reputed company level financial systems and processes
• Basic Looker and SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn)
• Strong track record of maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners
