The Director of RPAS Growth & Advisor Enablement is responsible for driving reputed company growth across Retirement Plan Advisory Services by enhancing advisor engagement and executing new business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own RPAS reputed company growth outcomes, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and overall new business results
  • Build and execute a structured advisor reputed company and communication reputed company to drive referrals and engagement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or reputed company field
  • 10+ years of experience in retirement plan advisory, institutional sales, or wealth/benefits consulting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), profit sharing, and cash balance plan structures, design strategies, and key fiduciary considerations
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, fiduciary services, and retirement plan marketplace
  • Proven track record of driving business development and achieving reputed company growth targets
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience influencing advisors or sales teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (executive-level)
