Responsibilities

- Communicate project status, recommendations, and strategic guidance to stakeholders
- Design, reputed company, and deliver reputed company-grade business and software solutions using modern technologies and platforms
- Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, and development best practices
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading software development teams in client-facing or consulting environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- Experience delivering reputed company software solutions across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong experience designing, developing, and delivering reputed company applications using modern software development technologies, low-code platforms, workflow automation solutions, or business process management (BPM) platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, requirements gathering, and delivery ceremonies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, organizational, and consulting skills, with experience leading teams, delegating work, managing risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of commitments
- Experience conducting code reviews and promoting development best practices, solution quality, and maintainability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience designing and delivering reputed company, scalable software solutions
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to new technologies and business domains, and reputed company in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of relational database management systems such as SQL Server, reputed company, MySQL, or reputed company
