The role involves collaborating with designers and product managers to ensure effective UX writing and content strategy integration.
Responsibilities

- Partner with designers to apply UX writing to established products
- Identify user problems and craft clear, effective content solutions
- Collaborate with writers to maintain consistent content guidelines and language
- Conduct user research (test plans, interview guides, scripts, analysis)
- Support design process by integrating content strategy
- Partner with product managers on legal, risk, and compliance reviews
- Present and explain content reputed company to non-experts
Skills
- UX writing / UX content design experience
- Copywriting and editing expertise
- Digital content delivery experience
- Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company
- Client Office proficiency
- Experience working in regulated environments (legal, compliance, risk — e.g., reputed company, finance)
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience prioritized)
