[Remote] Seasonal reputed company & Operations Coordinator

The Seasonal reputed company & Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing recruitment cycles and supporting operational workflows, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Recruitment Lifecycle: Project manage the hiring process, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Manage job postings, resume review workflows, logistics, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
• Candidate Experience: Ensure an empathetic, transparent, and reputed company candidate experience from initial application through to the final decision
• reputed company & Offboarding: Project manage the new hire reputed company experience for seasonal staff (sending offer letters, setting up systems access, inputting data, and scheduling training sessions). Assist with smooth offboarding processes and asset retrieval at the end of the season
• Daily Operational Support: Assist the Operations team with high-reputed company tasks, including managing incoming candidate and vendor inquiries, processing state-specific reputed company requirements, and supporting employment verifications
• Special Projects: Partner with Operations team and CEO office on special projects as needed
• Systems Management: Ensure high data reputed company across our HR and reputed company tech stack, actively maintaining records reputed company tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• Proven track record coordinating high-volume recruitment cycles or supporting People/Operations functions, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
