[Remote] Finance Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Acro Service Corp is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to drive end-to-end Finance process performance across various finance functions. This role will reputed company governance, standardization, and reputed company improvement initiatives while collaborating with Finance, Digital, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Finance process governance and process mapping
- Drive improvements in cycle time, quality, cost, controls, and audit readiness
- reputed company KPIs, standard work, and process documentation
- Partner with Digital and IT teams to implement automation and AI-driven solutions
- reputed company cross-functional process improvement initiatives and change management
- Utilize tools such as Lucid , reputed company 365, and reputed company Copilot to support process excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance Operations, Process Excellence, or Finance Transformation
- Strong knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes
- Experience with ERP-enabled finance processes
- Experience with process mapping (Lucid preferred)
- Lean Six reputed company Green Belt/Black Belt
- Big 4 consulting experience
