This is a remote position. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support our U.S. sales organization. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance teams globally to drive operational excellence, improve sales productivity, and support reputed company growth. Provide market intelligence and account insights to sales leadership. Sales Analytics & Reporting Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for U.S. leadership teams. Track key performance metrics including pipeline reputed company, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle duration, and quota attainment. Create executive dashboards and business reviews for leadership stakeholders. Deliver actionable insights to improve sales performance and forecasting accuracy. Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, Business Operations, or CRM Administration. Experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams or global sales organizations. Advanced expertise in reputed company CRM administration, reporting, and analytics.
