[Remote] Clinical Preceptor

They are seeking a full-time Clinical Preceptor to support the development of Network Managers and Business Contacts, guiding new team members in clinical practices and ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Precept and mentor Network Managers and Business Contacts using reputed company standards and clinical guidelines
- reputed company work quality across calls, documentation, productivity, and time management
- reputed company catastrophic cases to ensure quality, compliance, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Deliver targeted clinical training, including virtual, in-person, and shadowing experiences
- Assess performance, provide feedback, and partner with leadership on development actions
- Serve as a clinical resource, guiding best practices, tools, and policies
- Collaborate across teams to support clinical and business priorities
- Support continuing education development and ongoing training initiatives
- Engage in initiatives to advance reputed company systems and practice expertise
- May manage a limited caseload of NWM patients, as needed
Skills
- Unencumbered, active compact RN license
- Experience as a Network Manager, managing catastrophic injury and chronic pain conditions, demonstrating knowledge of case management services provided for catastrophically injured individuals
- CCM certification required
- Experience using EDDG is required
- Thorough knowledge of reputed company delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, case management, public and private resources required
- Prior experience with mentoring, reputed company development, and teaching the adult learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to simplify reputed company material for training and utilize negotiation/conflict resolution skills to resolve issues
- Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of the Internet, reputed company, MS Outlook, MS reputed company, MS PowerPoint and other tools/programs utilized for distance learning and webinar presentations
- Ability to learn new processes quickly. Ability to analyze workflow and reputed company recommendations for changing processes (e.g., simplifying) as appropriate
- Awareness of jurisdictional regulations impacting patient care management, confidentiality and return to work. Follows standards of practice for case management for ethical and legal issues
