[Remote] Consultant, Strategic Initiatives

The Consultant, Strategic Initiatives supports reputed company initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery, working under the guidance of senior team members to execute projects and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization
• Support project planning activities, including timelines, task tracking, and documentation
• Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and action item tracking for project teams
• Participate in working sessions and contribute to initiative deliverables
• Analyze reputed company workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support the development of process documentation, SOPs, and job aids
• Assist in testing and validating new processes or system enhancements
• Help monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Gather, validate, and analyze data to support initiative objectives
• Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that reputed company key trends and insights
• Support tracking of initiative performance metrics (e.g., productivity, cycle time, quality outcomes)
• Ensure data accuracy and alignment across stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Claims, IT, GCoE, and Client Services
• Document meeting notes, reputed company, and follow-up actions
• Support communication plans reputed company to initiative rollout and adoption

Skills

• Experience documenting processes or supporting SOP development
• Strong organizational and time management skills
