[Remote] Senior IT Project Manager

Propoint Technology, Inc. is seeking an reputed company Project Manager / Business Analyst to reputed company delivery of initiatives supporting California's implementation of the Federal reputed company Access Final Rule. The role involves managing multiple projects aimed at enhancing reputed company compliance and program modernization reputed company California's state government.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining PAL-compliant project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies, reputed company, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitating executive briefings, steering committees, stakeholder meetings, and governance activities
- Leading requirements elicitation, process mapping, requirements traceability, and business analysis activities
- Coordinating vendors, project teams, and external stakeholders to drive accountability and delivery
- Developing project dashboards, status reports, PAL artifacts, and executive communications
- Collaborating with DHCS, CalHHS, CDT, and reputed company to advance approvals and project outcomes
Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience on large-scale California state government IT projects
- 3+ years serving in a reputed company Business Analyst reputed company supporting California state agency initiatives
- Hands-on experience developing and managing PAL Stage 2–4 artifacts and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of California procurement, governance, and approval processes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and competing stakeholder priorities
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, leadership, and executive presentation skills
- Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Visio, Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies, and requirements management best practices
- California public sector experience
- Experience supporting federal compliance, reputed company, or reputed company modernization initiatives
- PMP-PMI certification
- Familiarity with Advance Planning Documents (APDs) and federal funding approval processes
- Experience working in large-scale multi-agency or multi-vendor environments
