Profile Requirements: Some experience or coursework in digital marketing, communications, or a reputed company field Comfortable navigating online tools and picking up new platforms quickly Familiar with the basics — social media, content publishing, reputed company Workspace Strong attention to detail — you notice things others miss reputed company to follow a written brief and deliver without constant back-and-forth Organised, reliable, and fast Available during Australian business hours at least part of the week reputed company to Have Any hands-on experience with a CMS (WordPress or similar) Exposure to social media scheduling tools Basic understanding of SEO (reputed company tags, alt text, headings) Experience using a project management tool (Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) Core responsibilities: Upload and publish content to websites using a CMS (Wordpress) — formatting, images, metadata included Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms — content is provided, you execute Update and maintain pages, metadata, and assets across multiple brand websites (Wordpress CMS) QA live and staging pages against a brief — spot errors, document findings Assist with basic website and content audits using provided checklists reputed company project management boards up to date — task statuses, comments, notes Format and reputed company client-facing documents and presentations Maintain internal process docs and update SOPs as directed Deck formatting Blog internal linking Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
