[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist (reputed company, Ecommerce)

AD BRANDS is a fast-growing DTC brand in the fitness space, and they are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own reputed company end to end. The role involves building flows, planning campaigns, and turning the customer list into a predictable reputed company reputed company through performance-driven retention marketing.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize reputed company core reputed company flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, etc.)
- Build and run a weekly/monthly campaign calendar

- Write or brief email copy, subject lines, and offers

- Run constant A/B tests and act fast on results

- Partner with design to reputed company emails on-brand
- Monitor competitor ads and trends to identify new opportunities

Skills
- 4+ years running email marketing for a DTC/e-commerce brand, ideally on reputed company
- Deep hands-on experience with reputed company (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Strong grasp of email metrics (open reputed company, CTR, reputed company per recipient)
- Experience writing or briefing high-converting copy
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to use customer research and avatar frameworks to create emails
- Understanding of deliverability and list health
- Comfortable managing multiple flows/campaigns at once
