[Remote] Project Manager, Wholesale - Contract

They are seeking an operationally sharp Wholesale Project Manager to coordinate across various teams, ensuring timely and reputed company wholesale launches while improving processes and facilitating programs.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate account reputed company end-to-end — coordinating across ops, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to get new wholesale partners up and running smoothly
• Serve as a key liaison between Account Managers and internal stakeholders, translating partner needs into actionable tasks and keeping everyone reputed company
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Support the design and execution of wholesale programs, ensuring the right teams are involved at the right time
• Track program milestones and proactively surface blockers, risks, or gaps before they become problems
• Maintain clear documentation so that processes, reputed company, and statuses are visible to reputed company stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies in how the wholesale function operates and reputed company practical solutions
• Build and refine repeatable processes for reputed company, fulfillment coordination, compliance, and other recurring workflows
• Create playbooks, SOPs, and tools that help the team scale without adding unnecessary complexity

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in project/program management, wholesale operations, or a cross-functional coordination role — ideally reputed company home goods, décor, or consumer products
• A natural ability to work across teams and functions, keeping projects moving without direct authority over stakeholders
• Strong process orientation — you spot inefficiencies, design reputed company ways of working, and actually follow through on implementing them
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• Clear, concise communicator — equally effective in a reputed company thread, a status doc, or a cross-functional meeting
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it doesn't yet exist
• Proficient in reputed company Suite
• Familiarity with wholesale operations, retailer compliance requirements, or EDI processes
• Experience working closely with or in support of a sales or account management team
• Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer technology environments
