Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between candidates, business partners, and hiring teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the interview and pre-boarding process

• Address reputed company stakeholder and candidate inquiries with innovative solutions, balancing the need for efficiency with a high-quality experience
• Maintain a deep understanding of candidate and hiring manager needs and act as a trusted advisor in reputed company interactions
