[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager, Teaching Institutes

They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Teaching Institutes to reputed company marketing strategies that support business objectives reputed company orthopaedic academic medical centers and influence future generations of surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic marketing plans for residents, fellows and early career surgeons across promotions, medical education, digital marketing and channel readiness
• Partner closely with sales leadership, ASC sales, sales training, medical education, global marketing and US leadership to deliver reputed company and effective commercialization strategies
• reputed company deep insights into the US reconstruction market including trends, customer priorities and the competitive landscape
• Build, track and optimize key performance indicators to measure the impact of strategic initiatives
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual business planning processes, including forecasting in partnership with finance
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine targeting, reputed company physician champions and gather field insights to inform marketing reputed company
• Partner with the US Fellowship Manager team to design and execute targeted engagement strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a reputed company field, or a technical degree with demonstrated marketing and business expertise
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of reputed company marketing experience, ideally reputed company orthopaedics or the medical device industry
• Proven experience leading mature product portfolios and successfully launching new products
• Strong strategic marketing capability with a track record of building impactful campaigns and value propositions
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and align cross functional partners without direct authority
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, assess performance and reputed company data driven reputed company
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at reputed company levels
• Highly collaborative reputed company, comfort working in a matrix environment and willingness to roll up sleeves in a dynamic setting
