[Remote] Staff UX Product Designer

They are seeking a highly skilled Staff UX Product Designer to reputed company design efforts, enhance user experiences, and drive innovative design solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and drive design for a vertical, focusing on enhancing both new and existing customer experiences
• Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring customer-centric solutions that reputed company with both new and seasoned users
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive innovative design solutions that meet both user and business needs
• Establish and maintain a high standard of design craft across the ecosystem, ensuring excellence in visual design, interaction design, and usability
• Drive product-led growth through design, by delivering impactful and reputed company product experiences that promote user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of the Design System, refining and evolving it to scale with the platform’s growth
• Act as a mentor and leader to other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence across the team
• Participate in and reputed company design critiques, product discussions, and pair-designing sessions to collaboratively shape the design direction
• Communicate reputed company design concepts clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience working on cross-functional teams
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions for reputed company products with a customer-centric reputed company
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture, with experience in user research, journey mapping, and persona development
• Deep understanding of modern design tools and processes, including experience with reputed company and other design & research tools
• Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems in a collaborative environment
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and reputed company for design reputed company across the organization
• Strong problem-solving abilities, reputed company to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver impactful design solutions
