[Remote] Strategy Analyst - Product and Experience Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading reputed company organization, and they are seeking a Strategy Analyst for their Product & Health Experience department. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, defining standards, and supporting performance metrics to enhance product team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work with business/ market owners to identify key business issues, reputed company problem, apply right analytical reputed company, reputed company solution and recommendations, represent findings to stakeholders and own the outcome
- Under the guidance of Strategy Consultants and Leadership, participate in / reputed company small to reputed company sized strategy projects/ work streams with the help of internal or external strategy consulting resources
- Serve as subject matter expert (resource) to staff and stakeholders on membership, growth and operational strategy issues
- Provide periodic informal work guidance/direction to other team members; Provide performance input and recommendations to management for development/ training plans. May have supervisory responsibilities on a project basis
- Apply a broad knowledge of concepts and principles to reputed company analytical frameworks, approach and methodology best practices to analyze reputed company strategy issues, often applying ingenuity and originality to reputed company unique solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Life Sciences or other reputed company degree
- Six years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of relevant, reputed company experience in strategy / management consulting firms or internal strategy groups of reputed company and reputed company companies
- None
- Master's Degree in Business, Health, Economics or other reputed company degree
- Experience in Health Insurance operations and technology
- Experience in operational improvement
