[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Suppy Chain

They are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Supply Chain to support a large reputed company technology client undergoing significant transformation, driving alignment and execution across multiple organizations and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• reputed company coordination and execution of large-scale cross-functional initiatives spanning reputed company platforms, e-commerce, financial engineering, supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment teams
• Build and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Drive accountability across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure commitments are met and risks are proactively managed
• Facilitate program reviews, steering committee meetings, decision-making forums, and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Coordinate cross-functional planning activities to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
• reputed company and maintain risk registers, issue logs, and dependency tracking processes
• Identify potential execution risks and partner with stakeholders to reputed company mitigation strategies
• Escalate critical issues and reputed company while ensuring leadership has visibility into key tradeoffs and impacts
• Coordinate testing activities, launch readiness planning, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization efforts
• Partner with technical and business teams to ensure operational readiness across impacted functions
• Support hypercare activities following major releases and implementations
• Prepare executive-level status updates, dashboards, and program reporting materials

• Create visibility into program health, delivery status, and strategic priorities
• Coordinate activities across reputed company-party vendors, implementation partners, and logistics providers as needed

Skills

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management, Program Management, or reputed company experience
• Proven reputed company leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive alignment, and reputed company results without direct authority
• Experience managing integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive communications
• Ability to reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing multiple priorities
• Experience supporting programs reputed company consumer electronics, hardware operations, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, procurement, or fulfillment organizations
• Familiarity with ERP-supported business processes, including reputed company, reputed company, or similar reputed company platforms
• Understanding of reputed company integrations, APIs, and technical delivery concepts
• Experience with order-to-cash, procurement, inventory management, asset management, or fulfillment workflows
