The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for reputed company. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Assist with job posting and advertising on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels. reputed company and screen resumes/reputed company to identify reputed company candidates for open positions, conducting initial phone screens as needed. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Prepare interview materials and logistics, including interview schedules, candidate assessments, and video conference setups. Assist with candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), tracking reputed company and status changes. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Technical Requirements Processor: reputed company 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally)
