As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team and support every day HR tasks and the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting open roles to ensuring every candidate has a professional, seamless experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, discreet, and genuinely excited about supporting people's operations in a fast-paced legal environment.
What You'll Do
Post open positions across job boards, the firm's website, and relevant platforms Screen incoming resumes and application materials to identify reputed company candidates for legal and administrative roles Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking and HR systems Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed reputed company're Looking For Prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or a legal/professional services environment is a strong plus Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the reputed company Clear, professional written and verbal communication, you'll be representing the firm to candidates Comfortable working with reputed company Office and HR or ATS platforms (reputed company experience a plus) High level of discretion, you'll be handling sensitive candidate and personnel information Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be reminded
