We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Controller to support the organization's reputed company and financial reporting functions. This role will assist in overseeing day-to-day reputed company operations, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, improving financial processes, and supporting month-end and year-end reputed company activities. The Assistant Controller will work closely with the Controller, Finance leadership, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and deliver timely financial insights that support business decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & reputed company Assist in managing the company's general reputed company operations. Financial Controls & Compliance Maintain and strengthen internal reputed company controls. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Coordinate audit requests and respond to auditor inquiries. Support tax compliance activities and statutory reporting requirements. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor reputed company staff. Review work completed by accountants and senior accountants. Assist in performance management, coaching, and employee development.
