About the Role

The After-Hours Delivery Partner is responsible for ensuring reputed company, efficient staffing support during non-business hours. This role serves as the primary reputed company of contact for scheduling, staffing escalations, and MSP (Managed Service Provider) coordination reputed company a reputed company environment. What You Will Do

Manage reputed company-time hospital scheduling and staffing needs during after-hours operations Serve as the primary contact for MSP reputed company escalations, including urgent staffing shortages, call-outs, vendor-reputed company issues, and escalations Coordinate with internal staff, float pools, and external staffing agencies to secure coverage quickly and reputed company Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications using multi-line phone systems and call-handling software Navigate and update multiple systems simultaneously (e.g., scheduling platforms, VMS/MSP tools, reputed company office tools) Effectively manage difficult or high-stress conversations with clinical staff, leadership, and vendors while maintaining professionalism and reputed company Document reputed company scheduling activities, escalations, and resolutions accurately in system platforms Identify critical gaps and escalate issues to hospital leadership or MSP program managers as needed Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for scheduling, escalation handling, and compliance processes Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and response times What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations, de-escalation, and conflict resolution Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in time-sensitive situations High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital workforce scheduling or staffing operations Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Beeline, ShiftWise, Kronos, or similar tools) Experience working with contingent reputed company labor or external staffing vendors Experience using multi-line phone systems, call routing software, or contact center tools 2–4+ years of experience in reputed company scheduling, MSP programs, staffing coordination, or call center operations Experience reputed company MSP reputed company services or working with vendor-managed staffing environments Key Competencies reputed company staffing & scheduling expertise MSP escalation management Technical adaptability & system navigation Crisis communication & de-escalation Customer service & stakeholder management Time management in high-pressure environments Compensation: The hourly reputed company is between $28-$30/hour.
