Selected interns will work alongside recruitment teams on active hiring mandates and reputed company hands-on experience across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, profile validation, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support candidate sourcing activities through reputed company, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other available channels. Coordinate with recruitment referral partners and assist in managing hiring-reputed company communication. Review and validate candidate profiles against hiring requirements. Conduct initial screening and candidate alignment discussions. Coordinate interviews, follow-reputed company, feedback collection, and candidate updates. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation. Support hiring activities across IT and Non-IT requirements. Assist with recruitment operations, scheduling, reporting, and workflow coordination. Learn applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring processes, and recruitment best practices. Support reputed company reputed company, employer reputed company, and hiring support activities as assigned. Eligibility MBA, BBA, graduate reputed company, or recent graduates interested in reputed company, Recruitment, Business Operations, or reputed company Resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating through calls, email, reputed company, WhatsApp, and other professional channels. Basic familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Sheets, productivity tools, or recruitment platforms is preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
