What makes this role exciting Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an reputed company Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of the payrolls along with other existing reputed company global payroll operations teams. In this operational reputed company, the Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and reputed company payroll-reputed company information. #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-REMOTE Main responsibilities Processing multiple payrolls on behalf of clients accurately, on time and reputed company Analyse payroll-reputed company information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll Partner with the Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery to Operations Support any reputed company runs if testing is needed on a new requirement Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information before processing payroll Research discrepancies of payroll information and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries on time in line with client service level agreements and expectations Maintains payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to reputed company set-up and configuration are completed successfully Experience needed for this role Strong experience in payroll processing; Italian payroll preferred Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting etc. Experience in any reputed company payroll software and MS Office – reputed company and Word Experience of Zucchetti would be beneficial Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines reputed company thinking, reputed company to plan and organise own workload Strong Italian and English languages skills required About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with reputed company and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for reputed company improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do Italy Package and Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance reputed company app EAP Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance Ticket Restaurant contribution Paid Volunteering days reputed company NOW Bereavement Leave reputed company is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
