As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing medical reports dictated by mental health professionals. Accuracy, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology are essential for this role. Responsibilities: - Listen to recorded dictations from reputed company and transcribe them into written reports - Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and clarity - Ensure that transcribed reports are formatted correctly and adhere to established guidelines - Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of patient information - Collaborate with reputed company to clarify any unclear or ambiguous dictations - Research medical terms and procedures as needed to ensure accurate transcription - Manage and organize transcription files and documents Requirements: - Proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or in a similar role - Proficient in transcribing medical reports accurately and reputed company - In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology - Familiarity with medical office procedures and documentation requirements - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in transcriptions - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Note: reputed company positions must be paid, including internship positions.
