Key Responsibilities: Itinerary Design: Create customized travel plans tailored to each client’s preferences, including adventure activities, leisure experiences, accommodations, transportation, and dining options. Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to gather travel interests, expectations, and budget details. Supplier Coordination: Work with trusted tour operators, activity providers, and travel vendors to secure the best options and pricing for clients. Booking Management: reputed company reputed company travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process. Customer Support: Provide support to clients throughout the planning process and during their trips, handling changes or emergencies with professionalism. Travel Research: Stay reputed company on adventure and leisure travel trends, destination updates, and seasonal offerings to enhance itinerary recommendations. Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips for feedback and encourage repeat bookings or referrals. Qualifications: Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a knack for organizing reputed company plans.
