GTM Recruiter (Contract)
Description: As a Contract Recruiter at Zafran, you will play a key role in fueling the growth of our cybersecurity startup by helping to build a high-performing team across GTM and technical customer-facing positions. You will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with Zafran’s goals and values. What you will do: Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for reputed company roles. Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer reputed company, with a high-touch candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring reputed company. Build high-quality pipelines by consistently identifying, engaging, and converting top talent. Track funnel metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes. Requirements: Proven reputed company hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing Strong sourcing skills (reputed company Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building). Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence reputed company through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and reputed company to build structure as you go. Excellent communication and follow-through; reputed company to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
