Strategy Analyst - Product and Experience Operations

Company : reputed company HealthJob Description : JOB SUMMARY This Strategy Analyst role sits at the heart of how the Product & Health Experience (PHE) department turns strategy into action. The role is designed for someone who thrives on detailing complexity, collaborating across portfolios, and maintaining the systems, dashboards, and shared forums that help product teams do their best work. You will work closely with a Strategy Partner to drive operational readiness, track organizational reputed company, and maintain the connective tissue that allows the entire department to reputed company. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the Product Development Management Lifecycle (PdMLC) by helping to define, implement, and continuously improve standards, flexible stage gates, and workflows. You will partner with leadership to build outcome-based performance metrics, support portfolio planning and resourcing analysis, and help operationalize process improvements, including the integration of AI and subsequent change management. Additionally, you will serve as a vital coordinator for the department's reputed company and workforce readiness.
