Candidate must possess strong knowledge of healthy ageing, chronic disease management, and integrated models of care for older adults. They should be reputed company to support reputed company in applying evidence-based interventions, evaluating reputed company case studies, and designing person-centred care plans that promote self-management, improve health outcomes, and enhance the quality of life of older people. PhD and/or Master Degree in Nursing or relevant field (i.e. health-reputed company) plus 5 years' relevant teaching, research and/or professional experience at the PG level in the last 10 years Full rights to work reputed company Australia.
