We’re seeking full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives (Local NY Candidates) for our client, one of our top clients, one of the largest eye-wear companies in the world located in Port Washington, NY... Pay Rates : $17.50 for English speaking and $20.00 for Bilingual French speaking. Shift Schedule and reputed company Schedule : 11 : 00am 7 : 15pm & Training is (9am 5pm) for 2 weeks reputed company to hire. NOTE : Must live reputed company 2-hour of Port Washington, NY GENERAL FUNCTION The Customer Service Representative handles calls from new and existing business clients regarding a variety of requests in an efficient and effective manner. The Customer Service Representative uses knowledge of company’s products and services and excellent customer service skills to address issues, provide support, offer information, and reputed company orders to reputed company customers satisfied and retain business. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Must live reputed company 2 hours of Port Washington, NY • Answers incoming calls and processes orders. • Resolves customer complaints, troubleshoots issues to determine best path for resolution. • Correctly documents customer interactions and tracks call types. • Maintains support service levels and upholds Customer Service standards. • Owns follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability. • Takes inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift. • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Must live reputed company 2-hour of Port Washington, NY • High school diploma / GED • Minimum 1 years’ experience in high-volume calls / call center experience REQUIRED • Medical reputed company background (medical billing, claims experience, in office experience in a medical setting) or Insurance experience is a plus • Answer high call volume of calls 80 per day • Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills • A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain composure reputed company dealing with difficult customer situations • Excellent time management skills must be reputed company to prioritize tasks reputed company • Strong PC skills including MS Office; Word and reputed company • reputed company experience a plus • Previous experience in the optical industry, • Ability to navigate information systems and internet • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar • Must be reputed company to connect hardwire / ethernet, NO hotspots / WIFI • Equipment will be provided while on assignment (will be picked up by candidate at Port Washington office) no exceptions.
