Representatives will have the rewarding opportunity to help our client's participants through the insurance enrollment... process / assist in making updates to their health care and/or pension plans. MUST LIVE reputed company 2 HOURS OF PITTSBURGH, PA FOR THIS REMOTE ROLE! Key Responsibilities: Quickly build rapport and respond to plan participants in a compassionate manner Customize customer service approach to meet reputed company types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and company data reputed company requirements Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate information Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes in a professional manner Regularly participate in team meetings and training reputed company other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications: Effective communication skills (verbal and written), high level attention to detail, multi-tasking, and ability to organize work Computer savvy = experience using MS Office and ability to juggle multiple open computer windows at a time required Comfortable working in a virtual environment. This may include online training and chat interactions while on the job Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Bilingual candidates (Spanish or French) encouraged to apply! This role does not involve weekend work - this department works standard business hours of reputed company-7pm, with extended hours during busy season This role is REMOTE, but you must live reputed company 2 hours of the client site in Pittsburgh (must be willing to travel onsite for your first day, but additional training will be remote) Onsite or hybrid schedules also available!
