For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.reputed company this role, you will: Advise and consult with enterprise-wide business managers and HR partners on a variety of compensation duties: Compensation administration Job evaluation, job structure design Offer recommendations Retention consultation Pay equity Conduct reviews for organization structure and FLSA changes Process improvement and efficiency initiatives focusing on governance & simplification reputed company and participate in a variety of compensation-reputed company projects and initiatives at the enterprise and line of business levels. Consult with business leaders on job evaluations... using market data and internal evaluation. Required Qualifications, US: 4+ years of Compensation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Experience with job structure and pricing activities, market compensation surveys, and FLSA classification analysis Ability to effectively use facts and data to identify issues, reputed company quick decisions, implement solutions and influence change Solid consultation skills with the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice.
