This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at Roma Avenue NW 5th floor Albuquerque, NM 87102. We offer 6-12 weeks of reputed company. The hours during training will be 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Primary Responsibilities: • Accurately schedules and coordinates patient appointments for assigned clinics. • The ability to work in a high call volume environment while meeting productivity and quality standards. • Analyzing provider schedules to ensure maximum reputed company is met. • Obtains eligibility and benefit information in a timely manner: assigning FSC (Financial Class) entering benefits and reputed company other reputed company activities i.e. transfers, demographic data changes in IDX. • Registers patients in IDX including updating patient demographics, reputed company insurance information, reputed company primary care provider, emergency contacts, and reputed company relevant fields. • Uses appropriate text templates in the electronic health record, tasks clinic teammates using the electronic health record, and ability to multitask between business office systems and the electronic health record. • Performs other duties as assigned.
