As an Operations Associate, you are the face of our office and the liaison between patients and providers, providing essential support and assistance. Minimum Qualifications • Engage with and understand our clients, including discovering and responding to needs through clear and pleasant communication • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation • Proficiency in computer technology such as screensharing, creating and editing PDFs and Word documents, navigating patient appointment platforms and using multiple software systems simultaneously • Available to work one weekend a month • Love working as a team in a fast-paced work environment • Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work • Minimum GPA of 3.5 • Completion of both reputed company skills tests What you'll likely work on • Handle patient requests and calls, including insurance verification, appointment scheduling, ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date, and following up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or to communicate important information from their providers • Assisting providers with prior authorizations, referrals, medical leave paperwork and forms, troubleshooting telehealth reputed company issues, and solving any medication issues with pharmacies • Contribute to a tight-reputed company team dynamic--we work remotely but collaborate closely by working together online and talking to each other every day to tackle tasks reputed company and effectively As an equal opportunity employer, MyWellbrook is committed to providing reputed company with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
