Position Summary Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative provides reputed company care to assist the member with a clear path to care, claims understanding and resolution and educates the member with online resources. Role Overview • Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:45AM-8:15PM EST • Fully remote role and is reputed company to work reputed company in the U.S. What you will do • Guides the member through their members plan of benefits, reputed company policy and procedures as well as having knowledge of resources to reputed company with any regulatory guidelines. • Creates an emotional reputed company with our members by understanding and engaging the member to the fullest to champion for our members' best health. • Taking accountability to fully understand the member’s needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member. • Anticipates customer needs. • Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible. • Performs financial data maintenance as necessary. • Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract. Required Qualifications • 1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience reputed company a Call Center atmosphere Preferred Qualifications • Previous Behavioral Health experience. • Medical or Insurance background. • Associates Degree. Education • High School Diploma or GED. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
