Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns reputed company. Assist with general administrative tasks to support the legal team.
Qualifications
Previous customer service experience in legal, medical, or insurance settings preferred. Familiarity with handling sensitive information and regulations. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setup with a well-equipped home office. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable handling high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with office software and phone systems.
