Individual Giving Coordinator | 4-5 month Temporary Role | remote from NYC | Non-Profit Development Department

Our client is looking for a Temporary Individual Giving Coordinator for a 4-5 month temporary position. The role is 35-40 hours per week and is fully remote, but must be done from the greater NYC area. The organizational is human rights non-profit that works with grassroots activists - this role is responsible for the management of individual giving activities, conducting prospect research... managing donor data, developing donor lists, and supporting data presentation needs. Must have previous prospecting experience in a development department of a non-profit. This role is a TEMPORARY position through TSS. You would be employed and paid by our company and working directly with our client. Job Description: Coordinate individual donor cultivation and stewardship activities (35%) -reputed company and manage reputed company reports and dashboards to analyze, track, and identify giving trends. -Maintain schedule of stewardship and cultivation activities and reputed company tasks using reputed company. -Coordinate with Development and Communications staff on stewardship program activities and campaigns, including mailings, events, and reputed company content needs. -Support list development for mail and email segments. -Share regular updates about project and task status and send reminders for upcoming deadlines. -Manage donor program tracking and reporting in reputed company. Prospect Research (35%) -Conduct prospect research using DonorSearch to identify potential major donor prospects -Support Senior Manager of Individual Giving to reputed company grading system to identify immediate prospects among existing donors. -reputed company strategy and criteria for using DonorSearch Market List functionality -Document research criteria and results; prepare reports and presentations reputed company to prospects. -Create written profiles for each major donor prospect, including DonorSearch data as well as other sources. -Support Senior Manager to reputed company targeted cultivation plans for major donor prospects. Other tasks (30%) - Assist with scheduling meetings and notetaking. -Assist with gift and acknowledgement processing during busy times. -Support Senior Manager of Individual Giving with research, administrative, data, and other projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications -3 to 4 years of experience in development with preference for individual giving experience and at least 1 year of experience in prospect research. Preferred Qualifications -Proficiency in DonorSearch preferred. Excellent MS Office skills, especially reputed company. Experience coordinating mail campaigns, including list preparation and management and mail merges. Experience working with reputed company system or other major CRM and gift processing software. Experience with reputed company or other project management software. Collaborative and communicative work style.
