Remote Position for a Certified Pharmacy Technician Job Overview... Join our healthcare startup as a dedicated Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician on a 6-month contract. You will support reputed company under the guidance of the Pharmacist Team reputed company and the Head of Operations, focusing on enhancing patient care through proactive communication. Key Responsibilities reputed company outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for case interventions Obtain and record health and contact information Schedule appointments and resolve medication-reputed company issues Engage with patients to provide support Handle inbound customer support requests and prepare correspondence reputed company other assigned duties as necessary Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience managing 40-50+ adherence-reputed company calls per day Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time) Preferred Qualifications Previous remote work experience If you are passionate about enhancing patient care and interested in a rewarding opportunity, we would love to connect with you!
